For non-arrival (no show) 90% of total accommodation fee is payable. For cancellation within 60 days of expected arrival date, the guest will be liable for 50% of the total accommodation fee, and for cancellation 45 days of expected arrival date, the guest will be liable for 90% of total accommodation fee.
